For all returns please contact us on returns@surprisycle after reading our Returns Policy below:

Wrong size?

If you have ordered the wrong size, please return the item/s unworn, unwashed with all original tags attached. A returns address will be provided on receipt of your email. Items are strictly to be unused and in the same condition that you received them to receive an exchange. Items must be returned to us within 2 working weeks to receive a new size. In the unfortunate event that your correct size is sold out, your replacement may be placed on back-order, if however it is sold out completely due to being a limited release, you will be offered a refund or an alternative design. For this reason please choose your size wisely and take the time to take measurements of your body and/or a currently owned jersey that you like the fit of and choose a jersey with similar dimensions.

Faulty product?

Surprisycle is totally committed to providing quality cycle wear that not only looks and feels great, but lasts. We have partnered with our manufacturers for good reason and have full faith in their workmanship. However in the rare occasion of a factory fault, we would offer a replacement piece the same or similar to your purchase. Items that are damaged due to ignoring care instructions or from excessive use or normal long-term wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Surprisycle will warranty factory faults noticed within 3 months of regular use. Please email us with the details (and photos if possible, and we will provide a return address, please return all items clean (unlaundered items will be returned to sender).
